Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pacific Life is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate working remotely from Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accounts receivable records - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments - Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes - Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Presentation and persuasion skills are a plus - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
