Job Description - Accounts Receivable Specialist

Process and post customer payments in an accurate and timely manner
Generate and send invoices to clients
Monitor and follow up on overdue payments
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Prepare and analyze aging reports to assess the status of accounts
Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
Assist in the development and implementation of efficient accounts receivable processes.
