Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the existing Real Estate Portfolio of approximately. Manage a direct and indirect team, providing oversight for your team’s projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain optimal relationships with internal stakeholders, and lead external consultants and vendors through Google’s process and controls. Be accountable for managing annual capital spend for New York portfolio, as well as ensuring delivery of all associated cross-functional objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all real estate and construction related matters, informing project stakeholders and teams responsible for development and delivery of short- and long-term real estate and occupancy strategies.
• Negotiate new engagement and operating models with internal stakeholders and external partners that enable short term solutions to be delivered to solve for space requirements while Google rethinks our longer term requirements and strategies.
