Job Description - Foodservice Key Account Manager FSR

Manages a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels.
Develops profitable business with new customers
Possesses and applies detailed category and product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client’s business.
Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
In charge of sales expansion, introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies using available marketing programs to reach designated targets.
Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
Ensures that clients receive high-quality customer service.
Informs the clients about new products and services as they are introduced.
Passes on information to appropriate sales representatives when clients have additional service needs.
In charge of market intelligence information requested by global team.
Helps to develop marketing promotions withing dedicated channel.
Manage customers payment discipline.
