Jr. Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Dubai. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support the company's financial decision-making process. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements.
  
• Preparation of B2B, B2C invoices in Tally software 
  
• Reconcile bank statements, Leders and other financial transactions.
  
• Taking care of Accounting Payable and Receivables 
  
• Taking Payment follow-ups
  
• Preparation of Purchase orders 
  
• Preparation of various reports in Microsoft Excel 
  

• Candidates must have good English communication skills 
  
• Candidates must have prior experience in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel 
  
• Candidates with prior knowledge experience in Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciliations will be given preference. 
  
• Candidates must be ready for a 2-year contract with the company 
  

• 2 months basic salary as a bonus on completion of 2 years
  
• Visa cost (Initially, candidate will get a visitor visa of 60 days and after due diligence and satisfactory performance, candidates will be issued Employer visa) 
  
• For the first 6 months, VISA cost will be deducted from the candidate's salary as a deposit. Amount of such deduction will be 500 AED per month and it will be refunded back on completion of contract period ( i.e. If Remuneration is fixed at 3000 AED then for first 6 months, candidate will get 2500 AED per month, which will be refunded back on completion of contract period)
