Job Description - Junior Site Manager

Implement service level agreements for all Facilities Management Services.
Monitor the account budget and ensure that all services are provided within the allocated budget without jeopardizing the required standard of installation.
Financially evaluate the services provided and suggest ways for revenue generation.
Develop and monitor service level key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all services are carried out to customer satisfaction.
Ensure the company quality assurance and health and safety procedures are implemented effectively.
As a part of the senior team for the project, advise the General Manager on all Facilities Management Services.
Customer Relations: Represent the company at regular meetings with the client and other authorities.
Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.
Manage customers' expectations through clear communication and transparent work attitude.
Implement and monitor business procedures and development.
