Job Description - Key Account Sales Executive, Sustainability, Dubai

What You Will Do Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, sustainable buildings, and energy efficiency solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Executive to join our Sustainability Business division in the UAE. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, improve business strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Energy Efficiency sector. How You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in both public and private industry.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Johnson Controls' solutions.
Required What we look for
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the Energy Efficiency/Renewable Energy/Sustainability Industry.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency solutions, building automation, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and commutation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is a must.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
