Job Description:

An exciting position of Regional Portfolio and Account Manager Middle East & Africa Maintenance Engineering Services has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will join a team of 35 highly motivated professionals across the globe striving to develop, sell, and deliver value-adding services to our customers in the field of scheduled maintenance.

Our Maintenance Engineering Service Team has great ambitions for the future to develop our customer portfolio, strengthen our regional footprint, and bring more value to customers.

Your responsibilities and missions:

  1. Act as the regional focal point for scheduled maintenance engineering support and services (with a focus on Planned Maintenance perimeter) for a defined portfolio of Airbus Customers in Middle East & Africa region including operators, corporate jet customers, Lessors & MROs.
  2. Ensure consistent communication on Maintenance engineering & retrofits perimeter for both internal & external stakeholders in the region (for Airbus customer-facing teams and Customers).
  3. Coordinate Maintenance & Engineering activities at the opportunity of customer events, Airbus forums, and aircraft sales campaign under Global Account Management leadership.
  4. Follow-up and share regional specificities (market trend, political environment, etc.) with Airbus Central to propose the most suitable solutions.
  5. Proactively support Customers on maintenance programme planning & execution optimization by promoting available solutions.
  6. Share with Customers any key message or line-to-take on Maintenance Engineering & Retrofit perimeter including guidelines on aircraft Parking & Storage solutions.
  7. Perform market analyses & prospect identification.
  8. Define & implement the regional service strategy to meet regional order intake & revenue targets.
  9. Promote Maintenance Engineering services to Customers in the region while giving priority to strategic prospects.
  10. Lead service awareness sessions for Maintenance Engineering services to internal stakeholders like Customer Support Directors (CSD), Field Service Representatives & Directors (FSR/FSD), and service sales teams.
  11. Perform contractualisation and contract administration.
  12. Contribute to improve Customer satisfaction and ensure active follow-up of each customer/prospect through teleconferences, active presence during Airbus events, and by organizing regular Customer visits.

Business travels will be expected up to twice a month in any customer location in Middle East & Africa and consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
