Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Republic Services is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a full-time remote employee, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for the company.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Prepare and process electronic payments - Maintain and update vendor information in the system - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong critical thinking and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and organizational skills
