Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the receivables of the company and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities: - Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports - Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and collections - Process payments and update customer accounts - Reconcile customer accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and send out regular statements to customers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Resourceful and reliable in resolving customer inquiries and concerns - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
