Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Performance Food Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Process and post customer payments to accounts receivable - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of payments - Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong cooperation and analysis soft skills
