The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Marketing of properties available for sale or lease.
• Organising viewings and responding to queries.
• All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
• Managing and administering lease compliance, documentation etc.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
