About the Role

Our Senior Product Managers are accountable for owning product domains or a suite of products. Moove Product Managers are customer-obsessed and responsible for driving the Product roadmap, building exceptional products, and leading initiatives from inception through execution. This comes with the expectation of collaborating closely with all departments within the organisation to ensure that the Moove products and services not only meet the KPIs but also create a truly delightful experience for all Moove customers.

What You’ll be Doing

- Develop strategy, demonstrate thought leadership, and exemplify strong leadership throughout all stages of the product lifecycle – planning, design, specification, implementation, launch, and reporting.

- Thoroughly understand market requirements, consumer trends and opportunities for Moove’s products and services in order to clearly and succinctly articulate to cross-functional collaborators, senior leadership, and peers.

- Assesses market competition within the payments and financial services industry, utilising qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses to influence product direction, strategy, and decisions.

-Partner with engineers, designers, marketing, operations, customer support, and analytics teams to champion cross-functional product development centred on the customer needs.

-Growth mindset with a track record of mentoring, coaching, culture building, and raising the performance bar through feedback, collaboration, and excellent communication.

What You will need for this position

- Experience delivering software, SaaS products, or complex financial software systems in a startup (or a similar high-growth, fast-paced environment)

- Fluent in crafting product vision, strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and goals

- Working in or leading very cross-functional, global, or complex teams of UX researchers, product designers, and analysts to create impact for your customers

- Owning and supporting the entire product lifecycle to build delightful products

-Team player, structured thinker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
