Job Description - SIMnet Sales Specialist

Overview Impact the moment! When was the last time you experienced the impact of your work The SIMnet Specialist will drive growth in market share and revenue in higher education in the Middle East by working alongside sales teams and/or leading sales opportunities. The SIMnet Specialist will help regions focus on both retention and growth strategies in key markets to help strengthen and increase profitability, market share, and support our digital strategy. How can you make an impact By providing support to the sales teams, business development expertise, and specialized strategic implementation coaching, professional development, and technical assistance. You will help coordinate and run strategic market development activities required to help generate market awareness for our solutions and solve customer problem. What will you be doing
  • Develop a targeted business plan with consultants and sales managers across middle east to drive results, partner with them to develop key accounts, and high-volume potential strategies
  • Drive growth by partnering with sales on the ground or virtually, to meet with customers, conduct presentations and workshops with key decision-makers to create awareness of the platform and close business
  • Partner with leadership teams in sales and marketing to develop and execute strategies to increase sales, digital activations, and customer retention
  • Provide internal (and external) coaching on best practices and key 'product' and platform knowledge which will be done within the McGraw Hill Sales Academy framework
  • Work with the Director, Platform Enablement to ensure the Middle East region is adequately supported and trained on how to successfully manage their own implementations
We are looking for someone with:
  • Five plus years of sales experience
  • Proven experience of SIMnet data and reports capabilities along wit the ability to provide detailed data analysis for customers
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Travel is required (Some overnight dates throughout the year locally/ and potentially international travel)
  • Relevant industry experience preferred
