Admin Assistant

Looking for an Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Coordinate administrative procedures as well as systems and come up with ways to streamline processes Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the office to support other business operations Properly manage schedules and deadlines Plan and supervise other office activities Make sure operations adhere to policies and regulations Respond to phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors Monitor cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new material as may be required Conduct any other related tasks as may be required   Job Qualifications and Experience: Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related course At least 1 year of experience in the same or related course Strong knowledge of office administration Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information Good communications skills Must have good computer application knowledge Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
