Hiring Admin Secretary/Receptionist for Dubai

Job Description:

  • Perform wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties are required
  • General knowledge of office management practices and procedures
  • Filling and documentation

Job Requirements

Preferably college graduate or college level

  • At least 2-3 years office work related experiences in administrative duties, basic accounting, clerical, documentation, filing, etc…)
  • must be hardworking
  • can work under pressure
  • can work under supervision
  • Knowledge in MS Word / Excel
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn and be trained
