Job Description:

As an Admin Support at Jaseera Building Contracting LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes. You will work closely with various departments, providing essential support to facilitate the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. General Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  2. Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  3. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important documents and files.
    • Assist in record-keeping related to employee information, project documentation, and company policies.
  4. Client and Vendor Interaction:
    • Handle basic inquiries from clients and vendors.
    • Assist in the coordination of events and meetings with external partners.
  5. Financial Support:
    • Assist in basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of basic financial processes is a plus.
