Job Description - Administrative Assistant for Business Setup

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Masar Al Ameen Business Setup in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, which may include managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance and performing clerical duties as required.

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
