Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


State Street Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports - Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Assist with budget management and expense tracking - Assist with travel arrangements and logistics - Maintain and update office policies and procedures - Handle confidential information with discretion - Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role - Hardworking and independent with excellent organizational skills - Strong persuasion and strategic planning skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
