Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job description:


We are seeking a reliable and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Clorox, providing remote work opportunities in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files. - Provide support to senior management and other team members as needed. - Conduct data analysis and assist in problem-solving to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects and initiatives. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. - Previous experience in an administrative role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
