Job Description - Administrator in Training


Position Highlights

  • Participate in task groups that have multi-site and/or company-wide impact.
  • Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center.
  • Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth.
  • Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement.
