Job Purpose:
(1) reviewing executed standard and non-standard credit and/or legal documents.
(2) checking capacity authority of signatories as per constitutional documents of UAE entities.
(3) advising, escalating and proposing solutions for document deficiencies and associated risks.
(4) ensuring compliance of Conditions Precedents (CPs) prior to facility drawdown.
(5) preparation and checking of Facility Record Sheets (FRS).
(6) Applying Bank’s guidelines in documentation, processes and procedures.
(7) addressing and resolving internal/external Audit requirements.
(8) providing support to key stakeholders.
(9) performing Quality Assurance checks.
(10) maintaining relevant MIS and applicable Banking systems
