Job Description - Associate Human Resources Officer
Act as the focal point for administration of individual consultants in close coordination with managers and administrative staff in client divisions/teams.
Support the end-to-end engagement/selection process for individual consultants, including reviewing Terms of Reference (TOR), advertizing consultancy opportunities, and advising on engagement procedures.
Review proposed consultancy rates and requests for exceptions and make appropriate recommendations on the way forward; maintain and update a roster of consultants Agency-wide.
Provide support for staff selection and recruitment processes; liaise with client offices in identifying upcoming vacancies; coordinate the preparation of vacancy announcements, evaluation and screening of applications, serve as ex-officio on interview panels for professional posts, drafting of interview reports, note-taking in interview panels, follow-up of reference checks and academic verifications, completion of pre-recruitment formalities, review offers of appointment and statement of emoluments, etc.; prepare and present cases for submission to the senior management.
