Job Description - Beauty Salon Receptionist & Operation Coordinator

** Minimum 6 years of experience in beauty salons in Dubai **

** Working days: 6 days a week **

** Freya Salon is ladies only salon **

About Us:

We are a premium beauty salon located in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional service and personalized experiences to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our salon's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team to ensure that salon standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service excellence are consistently upheld.
  • Warmly greet clients as they enter the salon and ensure they feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.
  • Manage salon bookings efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively schedule follow-up appointments to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory of salon products, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the accountant to provide accurate invoices and payment information, ensuring precise financial reporting.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining salon records.
  • Uphold salon standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service excellence at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist & team supervisor role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and promoting products or services.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage appointments and inventory efficiently.
  • Knowledge of salon retail products and services, with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide leadership when necessary.
  • Proficiency in salon management software or booking systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
