Job Description

BMC Remedy Development, Admin and Integration

• Responsible for owning the BMC helix environment at client siteand looking end to end functionalities of the system.
• Responsible to designing the complex approval flow for service request and Change Management
• Responsible for making complex Service Request and conditional PDT in order to generate the fulfilment request
• Responsible for setting up call centre integration for BMC Helix environment in order to generate WO on call receiver for Service Desk
