Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and systems to support various projects and initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects, enhancements, and system implementations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize deliverables.
• Analyze and validate data to support business decision-making and provide recommendations for process optimization and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Conduct impact analysis to assess the implications of proposed changes and enhancements on existing systems, processes, and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to validate system functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements clarification, issue resolution, and change management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis practice, including process refinement, knowledge sharing, and skills development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role, with a strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, and system design principles.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and experience working in project-based environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
