Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Performing requirements analysis.Documenting user stories. Updating, implementing, and maintaining/documenting procedures.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.Working closely with users, functional team, technical team, and managers.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Performing user acceptance testing.Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Monitoring deliverable of vendors and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities1) Copywriting website content, marketing emailers, blogs, and articles.2) Social media pages – Posting, keeping track of insights, increase likes and follows organically.3) Online Branding– Reply to comments and review on day to day basis. The issue to be resolved involving management.4) Familiar with HubSpot CRM5) Preferred to have photo and video editing skills.

§ Provides guidance and coordinates with country HR teams for various projects, policies, contracts, monthly MIS, and dashboards.§ Ensures corporate HR projects are smoothly implemented in all countries.§ Implements initiatives, action plans, procedures, policies, and processes in all countries and ensures alignment with the organization.§ Ensures smooth integration with all new acquisitions to streamline their employee contracts, policies, processes, HRMIS & platforms with that of the foundation.§ Supports the digitization of all HR modules to create an in-house HR product specific to the education industry.§ Drives the corporate engagement surveys globally.§ Drives the rewards program for all countries.§ Supports the management in the organization-wide performance management process including normalization, increment and incentives plan roll-out.§ Monitors and ensures appraisals are completed in accordance with the timelines.§ Provides guidance, interpretation and timely updation of all HR Policies globally.§ Maintains in-depth knowledge of country legal requirements relating to the day-to-day management of employees.§ Collaborates proactively with Recruitment, Training & HR Business Partners to drive Projects globally.§ Collates HRMIS and Prepares HR Dashboard for board meetings and all other meetings with the management.§ Collates all global data centrally.§ Review platforms and suggest changes as per market best practicesInteraction§ Works closely with the Finance team to regularly provide cost analysis and employee data reports.§ Works closely with Third-party vendors and ensure payments on time centrally.§ Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends

- Regulate and manage a class of students for Grade 5-9 and enforce discipline among them - Assist in managing curriculum and study courses for the students’ development. - Introduce new study patterns among the students to develop their interest and do regular studies. - Give practical analysis of the courses to create interest - Access reports of students’ progress and reported them to Principal and in the PTMs with parents. - Organize workshops and exhibitions of the students work. - Organize co curricular workshops and camps to motivate and facilitate all round development of the students. - Access students’ progress and reported to the principal about them. - Conduct assessment tests to evaluate students’ progress. - Revise project work of the students and analyze marks on that as well as give daily minor project work as a part of practical application. - Keep regular attendance records.

II. JOB PURPOSEProviding support to the Financial Controller and managing the day-to-day financial & accounting operations in the respective campus.III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Supervises, develops and provides guidance to the Finance and Account Executives in the respective campus• Statutory and Internal Audits.• MIS Monthly reporting within deadline.• Preparing audit /Monthly schedules and coordinating with GEOs on any audit queries.• Handling management queries.• Review Bank and other Balance Sheet Reconciliations• Coordinate with GEOs on day to day accounting work.• Guide & Mentor team members on daily basis.

Planning & DevelopmentEnsure there is a wide variety of sports in which students can participateEnsure students receive a high standard of coaching in sportsProvide the opportunity for students to play fixtures within school and against other schoolsEnable students to develop socially and personally from participation in sportDiscover and develop talents of students in physical achievements.Ensure equipment is checked and safe to use.Plan and implement PE lesson based on GIIS curriculum.Assess reports of students’ progress and report them to the principal and in the PTMs with parents, and as specified by the schoolDevelop and manage dedicated School sports teams.Plan, organize and coordinate for the events for the promotion of games, sports and physical recreation programsOrganizeOrganize co-curricular workshops and camps to motivate and facilitate a holistic development in both academic and athletic elements for the students.Promote the establishment of sports clubs and physical recreation groups within the schoolDevelop and implement short and long-range goals for the physical education programsKeep regular attendance records of students and classes conducted.MIS activity including follow up on student attendance, fees, progress in class (remedial), etc.Prepare Sport and Physical Recreation BudgetOrganize educational excursions and tours as and when requiredCoordinationResponsible for all inter school and external sports related competitions.Develop sports infrastructure, from conception to implementationProvide technical advice to the staff and students and keep them up to date on policies and proceduresEstablish and maintain links with community sports and physical recreation clubs and agencies

Plans the curriculum for the year for the respective gradeDevelops the lesson plan in accordance with the curriculum guidelines, and presents the lesson plans to the academic coordinators for approvalReviews the feedback from the academic coordinators and revises the lesson plans accordinglyKeeps up to date with the latest teaching aids, such as the use of technology in classroom learning, and integrate these into the teaching processCreates challenging and engaging learning opportunities for students, and fosters a classroom atmosphere that is conducive for learningDevelops worksheets, handouts, and other learning materials in line with the lesson plan and curriculum, as well as the assessments and examinationsResponsible for the timely marking and correction of assignments completed by the studentsAssess, records and reports on the development, progress and results of studentsIdentifies students who may require additional assistance, academic or non-academic, and ensures they receive the necessary supportContributes to extra-curricular activities and participates in school activities such as assemblies, meetings and conferencesEnsures the safety of students at all timesCollaborates with other teachers to share new ideas, teaching approaches, content and professional knowledgeCommunications and provides feedback to the parents during the Parent Teacher Meetings, and whenever necessary
