Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress towards goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
