Job Description - Business Development Manager

The Role
Our multi-award winning luxury interior design company are seeking an experienced business development manager to grow our reputation and brand in Dubai and across the UAE. You will work closely with our business development team in London but it is imperative that you have in depth knowledge of the residential property market across the UAE. We require you to have a large array of contacts and relationships to assist in promoting the business and the services we offer. Your main responsibilities will be to seek out and convert new clients and projects within the luxury property market as well as expanding business relationships. The Role: As a business development manager you will be working alongside Rose and her business development team based in London. You will be required to take the lead from the first day in generating business relationships and converting new leads into projects. Numerous contacts within the luxury property market across the UAE as well as a number of years’ experience as a business development manager is essential. The role comes with a fantastic opportunity to grow from a personal perspective as well as to grow your professional reputation. In addition to the description above, your role will see you undertaking the following responsibilities: - Generate and convert new business throughout thew UAE - Prepare plans and pitches in a strategic manner focusing on the target audience (targeted engagement strategy) - Using the current contacts already established and building new relationships within the luxury real estate market and prospective clients themselves - Assisting with the brand being more visible throughout the UAE from the number of meetings and contacts generated - Be an active member within high net-worth networking circles to increase the opportunity of potential acquisition - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, immaculately presented and the natural ability to network Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the luxury interior design industry - In-depth understanding of the UAE market, with a strong network of contacts in the interior design, architecture, and luxury real estate sectors - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA is a plus - Fluency in English is required.
