Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Director on behalf of our client. This role is central to leading client relations, strategizing innovative advertising campaigns, and driving the agency's growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the advertising domain, with a strong preference for experience in the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

• Foster and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring their advertising objectives are achieved and exceeded.
• Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of account managers, creatives, and strategists to deliver top-notch advertising solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, spearhead pitches, and secure partnerships to expand the client base.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between creative and production teams to deliver projects that are on-brand, within budget, and exceed quality standards.
• Utilize campaign analytics to drive strategic improvements and achieve better outcomes in future initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in the FMCG sector, to inform and enhance advertising strategies and creative directions.

Candidate Profile:

• Over 8 years of experience in the advertising field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience with FMCG clients is highly desired.
• Stellar relationship management and client service skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, capable of inspiring and leading teams to achieve their best.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Passionate about creativity and innovation in advertising.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
