The main purpose of the CEO's job is to lead the entire company according to the long-term mission, vision, values, and objectives set by the Board of Directors and yearly drive the company based on the approved budget. Requirements Administrative & Operations

- Drive overall company growth and profitability by setting strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence
- Advocate the company's vision & mission, both internally and with external stakeholders
- Formulate, communicate, and execute the company's strategic plan
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations and the efficient production of the company's products
- Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Uphold high standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct
- Handle media relations and public relations to maintain and enhance the company's reputation
- Identify and manage potential risks to the business, both internal and external
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Expansion & Franchising
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global expansion strategy through a franchise model
- Analyze the financial feasibility of franchise expansion in different countries
- Secure international franchise partners and oversee the onboarding and training process
- Set financial targets for individual franchisees and the company as a whole
- Negotiate financial terms with franchise partners and investors
- Manage financial risks associated with international expansion, such as currency fluctuations and political instability
Finance and fundraising - Establish and maintain strong relationships with international investors, financial institutions, and government agencies
- Secure funding and raising capital through equity or debt offerings, loans, or negotiating partnerships
- Develop and implement the overall financial strategy which includes setting financial goals, allocate resources, and create a financial plan to achieve sustainable growth
- Monitor financial performance. Closely track key metrics like revenue, profitability, cash flow, and debt levels to ensure the company stays on track financially
- Make key financial decisions through approving capital expenditures, acquisitions, and investments, managing risk, and making critical funding decision
- Implement and oversee internal financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of financial data
Qualifications and Skills: - Master's degree in civil or mechanical engineering
- Proven track record of success as a CEO or Managing Director in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge in the industrial and construction industry
- Deep understanding of modular construction technology and its competitive advantages
- Extensive experience in franchising, with a successful history of scaling businesses through this model
- Experience in emerging markets
- Strong financial acumen and experience in securing funding from international sources
- Visionary leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively in a global environment
Education and Experience: - Minimum 18 years of work experience with at least 5 years as an executive officer level in a large company
- Significant experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor degree in civil or mechanical engineering; MBA or Master in Engineering
- Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with an ability to lead and develop a team of senior C-level and to generate respect and trust from managers, staff and external stakeholders
- Strong finance, investment, and negotiation skills
- Strong working knowledge in the industrial and construction industry; knowledge in the prefabrication construction industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
