About the job Director - Operations - Lounge / Nightlife concept - Dubai

A vibrant stylish lounge/club operator  with a presence in the GCC has more than 20 venues where their concept is a fusion of dining, drinking and dancing. 

This role will have both a strategic and operational focus. GM's will report directly to you and you'll ensure profitability, standards, and growth are at the core of your performance objectives.

The customers are stylish, the venues are stylish and these are venues where  you want to be seen !

The role will report to the CEO

Who we're looking for

The client is not viewing CV's from hoteliers

You MUST come from a Nightlife /Lounge/ Club background, that will have included  dining.  You will be 'On trend' with up to date music knowledge, styles, dining concepts and be socially connected.

You'll have experience of developing concepts, delivering a pre-opening critical path and collaborating with teams to bring the venues to life.

Its likely that you will have been a GM of a  Night / Lifestyle venue and progressed to a regional role. 

Commercially aware, Financially astute and excellent self presentation 

Package details

Basic salary 12000$ Monthly

Housing 6000$ Monthly

Car provided - fully expensed
