What You'll Do

• Organizing, scheduling, and managing the coordinated tasks of the Facilities team in respect of planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Ensuring all tasks are correctly logged on the Maintenance Helpdesk and managed to successful completion, either through the direct action of the Kitopi FM team or through engagement with 3rd party contractors.
• Administration of annual maintenance contracts for the portfolio of Kitopi outlets and BTO outlets in the market.
• Review all PPM reports & take necessary actions accordingly.
• To manage the internal maintenance team to perform the daily task
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested by the Line Manager.

What Are We Looking For?

• Driver license (mandatory)
• Any diploma-Certification in HVAC
• Hands-on experience in HVAC works & having complete knowledge of systems.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in facilities management within the F&B or catering industry.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC works and a complete understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to sort out complex issues and troubleshoot problems
• Self-starter with personal drive and motivation to take ownership of and responsibility for the successful execution of the Facility Team's actions in line with company strategy
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changeable priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A robust personality capable of working independently within a team
