Finance Director- UAEN

Location: Abu Dhabi

We have recently been mandated by a leading Financial Institution to hire a Finance Director to join their growing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the effective coordination with the business heads to ensure a strong understanding of strategic and operational plans to create a budgeting structures
• Oversee the preparation of the budget forecasts, based on organization's corporate plans, estimated revenues/ costs and capital investments based on budget structure
• Oversee the consolidation and recommend the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget
• Lead the effective implementation of Finance Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in financial services industry with strong capital markets experience.
• Professional Qualification/ Certificate: ACCA, CIMA or CPA
