Job Description - Global Sales Manager MICE

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Global Sales Manager to join the team of our client. Our client has offices in Europe and in Dubai and does business across Europe and Asia (mainly China, HK, Singapore, Japan and South Korea). Function will require intensive travelling from Dubai and a hunter mindset . Candidate must be Western trained and possess a passport allowing visa-free travel to Europe and Asia (ex: UK or EU or US or CA or AUS passport holder) . Job Description: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai. The Global Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities for their transportation services, with a focus on the Meetings, Incentives, Congresses, and Events (MICE) sector in Europe and Asia . Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our clients presence in the MICE sector across Europe and Asia.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential clients for transportation services, including tours, conferences, delegates transportation, and other related events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities within the transportation industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business development and revenue growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of transportation services that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field from a US/EU/UK/AUS school/univeristy
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on business development and client acquisition in the MICE industry (hotel or venue or DMC or PCO).
  • Extensive experience in the transportation industry, preferably within the MICE industry, with a deep understanding of event logistics and coordination.
  • Strong network of contacts and connections within the MICE industry, particularly in Europe and Asia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages such as French, Mandarin or Japanese is a great plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Europe and Asia, with a passport allowing visa-free travel to these regions.
