Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Drive new business opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning company offerings.
• Identify and engage new clients within the Middle East and international markets.
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to maximize revenue and foster long-term partnerships.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the broadcasting, advertising, and content production industries.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely responses to questions and concerns.
• Identify client challenges and collaborate closely with data analysts to develop effective solutions.
• Work closely with clients to leverage data insights and empower their products/services.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10+ years as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales position.
• Extensive knowledge of the media business, and network within the broadcasting, digital, advertising, and content production industries.
• Demonstrated success in driving new business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and operation team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
