Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sous chef. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

* Previous experience as Sous Chef (Main Kitchen) experience.

* Strong experience in Main Kitchen operation.

* Passion for producing high-quality food and knowledge of current food trends.

* Excellent planning and organizing skills.

* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

* Strong supervisory skills.

* Positive attitude.

* Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure.
