We are hiring Human Resources Specialist (Full time)

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting various HR functions in the organization, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, and employee counseling, on a part-time basis for a period of 9 months. This role requires a proactive approach to HR management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and managing interviews and employee selection.
• Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee relations and counseling, including conflict resolution and ensuring employee welfare.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with law and company policies.
• Performance Management: Assist in the management of employee performance reviews and the implementation of performance improvement plans.
• Project Management: Participate in HR projects (e.g., HRIS upgrades or policy revisions).
• Reporting: Prepare HR reports on activities and findings as required.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits, including leave and health and wellness programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
