Hozpitality - Front Office Manager

Job Description:

• Act as the face of our company, providing a friendly and professional first impression to all visitors.
• Coordinate all front desk activities, including managing calls, reservations, and guest services.
• Supervise and lead a team of front office staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring the availability of necessary stationery and materials.
• Schedule shifts and manage front-office personnel, including receptionists, security guards, and call center agents.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Front Office Manager or in a related position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
