HR Assistant/Administrative Assistant

At GLS International, we believe in fostering a workplace where talent thrives, innovation flourishes, and every team member is empowered to reach their full potential. As we continue to grow, we are seeking HR Assistant to join our team who must have UAE MOHRE and GDRFA visa typing capabilities.

To Join us as an HR Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following Key responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Recruitment efforts to attract suitable talent.

- Complete onboarding process including documentation for new hires.

- Inhouse visa typing and processing of new hires.

- Overseeing policy compliance, work performance and disciplinary processes.

- Maintaining and updating employees’ personal files.

- Overseeing clocking system and validation as per the policies.

- Payroll processing

- Compliance with UAE labor laws.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in various HR functions, demonstrating proficiency in payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance monitoring.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MOHRE and GDRFA visa processing and typing systems.

- Collaborative and proactive mindset to excel in a team-oriented environment.

- Must have UAE driving license.
