HR Executive - Hospitality Job Location : UAE Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
• Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably in the FMCG industry or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with knowledge of employment law and labor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office suite, and other HR-related tools and systems.
