Job Description - Human Resources Administrative Specialist

Founded in 2009, Arctech (SSE-STAR:688408) is a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of intelligent solar trackers, fixed-tilt structures, and BIPV solutions for utility-scale and commercial solar projects worldwide. We are seeking for a great talent for administration & HR role to explore more possibilities in UAE market.

Responsibilities:

1. Interact and communicate with government public Dept, Commercial Dept, Customs Authorities, Taxation Dept etc. to ensure basis compliance on company operating;

2. Communicate with relevant dept to ensure the compliance of Insurance Policy etc.;

3. Deep understanding of UAE labor law

4. Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

5. Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, creation of files, systems setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.

6. Provide support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring monthly data is provided on time and is accurate.

7. Daily administration duties

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in HR or Administration Management or a related field.

2. 2+ Years of proven experience.

3. Solid understanding of recruitment.

4. High levels of resilience and self-motivation.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

7. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

8. Must be fluent in both English, written and verbal;

9. Energetic team player who efficiently gets things done on time;

10. Passion for being part of Solar Trackers business;

11. Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start.
