Job Description - Identity Management Consultant

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CFE) preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in GRC, compliance, risk management, or internal audit roles within the manufacturing or steel industry.
IAM principles experience
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices relevant to the manufacturing/steel sector.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Proficiency in GRC software tools and systems for risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and incident management.
