ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to EA Sports customer inquiries by Chat, email, or Voice
  
• Use email applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT
  
• Work with supervisors to ensure cases are properly assigned and
  
• Provide high-quality and productive results that meet the identified
  
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and take ownership of cases escalated from less senior
  
• Follow Quality Assurance & compliance
