Job Description - Legal Administrative Assistant

Job summary
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Proven experience in legal research, legal document preparation, and contract review. • Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading and editing. • Experience in budget management and project management.
Requirements
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with 3e and Interaction software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently. • Ability to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
