• Assist clients in finding their way around the office • Announce clients as necessary • Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges • Maintain visitor logs • Assist with administrative tasks (copying, faxing, note-taking, travel planning) • Prepare meeting and training rooms • Answer phones and route calls • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties • Sort and distribute mail • Hire, manage, and develop the junior administrative team • Provide excellent customer service • Schedule appointments
