Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence management.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance and adherence across departments.
3. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events, including agenda preparation, materials distribution, and follow-up actions.
4. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, requests, and information dissemination, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
7. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to support project management activities, track progress, and monitor milestones and deadlines.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; additional qualifications in office administration or project management are a plus.
2. Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
