Manufacturing Operations Executive

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role will involve coordinating with various departments such as production, engineering, quality control, and logistics to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Manufacturing Operations Executive will manage a team of supervisors and operators, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure operational excellence and meet production targets. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and minimize production costs.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage a team of production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain management to maintain adequate inventory levels and sourcing of materials.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and vendors, to support manufacturing operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness in manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
