Job Description - Marketing Manager - Luxury

Our client: Our client, a luxury property development company are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in defining our marketing strategy, developing marketing and sales collaterals, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to bolster our market presence. Your responsibilities will entail close collaboration with cross-functional teams to orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target demographic and foster meaningful engagement. Your Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
Property Identity and Guidelines:
Work with creative team or agencies to create brand guidelines for any upcoming properties, from naming to logo, to entire brand architecture.
Marketing and Sales Collaterals:
Brief creative team or agencies to design visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital banners, and other promotional collateral. Create compelling content for various marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and press releases. Create digital marketing campaigns including social media campaigns, website content, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
Brand Awareness:
Implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the market. Develop creative campaigns and partnerships to increase brand recognition and strengthen our positioning as a leading ultra-luxury property developer in Dubai.
Event Coordination and Promotion:
With the leadership of the Senior Event Manager, plan and coordinate events, and property launches to showcase our developments and engage with potential buyers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Manage marketing budgets effectively, track expenses, and evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns to optimize resource allocation and achieve desired outcomes. Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing roles within the real estate or property development industry.
Excellent understanding of luxury industry and experience with luxury marketing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful marketing content and presentations.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and cultural nuances in Dubai's real estate sector is advantageous.
