Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Handle petty cash and payment of all utility bills Respond to phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors Manage official communication Oversee administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Maintain general office files including job files, vendor files as well as other files Coordinate scheduled staff meetings Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Prepare procurement plans for office supplies and manage their usage Manage inventory storage Conduct tasks related to organization and strong communication Prepare and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial as well as other data Job Qualifications and Experience: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course At least 1 or more years of experience in the same or similar position Strong organizational skills required Proficient in various computer software applications including Microsoft Office suite Must be comfortable handling confidential information Must have good communication skills Must be proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated Should be able to work independently Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills required Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
